Order confirmation

After sending your order, you will receive your order confirmation by e-mail.

Prices

All prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping. A shipping and handling charge will be added to your order. International handling charges are 75 DKK.

Credit: 30 days from the date on your invoice.

Late payments will be charged with reminder fees and rates.

Delivery

Product are delivered within 2-3 days working days (Denmark). Longer delivery time can occur during busy periods.

Orders weighing up to 20 kg. are sent by Post Danmark. Orders weighing 21 kg. and over are shipped by carriage.

Returns and refunds

Customers have a right to return their products within 14 days from the purchase date. The cost of return is only covered by Geografforlaget, if your return is due to damage from poor packaging. Otherwise, customers are required to pay the return postage and are responsible for the package during delivery time. Please enclose a copy of your invoice or delivery note. It is genereally a good idea to return your product as parcel post, which will enable you to track your package, should you experience problems during the delivery.

If you wish to return products that have been damaged or have defects, please contact us first via phone 0045 63 44 16 83 or email: go@geografforlaget.dk. Please inform your invoice number and nature of the defect.

VAT

Greenland, The Faroe Islands and other foreign nations: Danish VAT will not be added to your order.

EU countries: Institutions and businesses with CVR numbers are not required to pay VAT. Please include your CVR number in your order.

Private customers and institutions/businesses without CVR number: Danish VAT will be added to your order.

Liability

You are required to read Geografforlaget´s terms and conditions. Significant changes will be announced on www.geografforlaget.dk. Geografforlaget is responsible for the quality of its products and any inquiry concerning refunds should be directed at Geografforlaget. Geografforlaget is not responsible for any potential delays and errors, unless they are due to negligence. Prices and product descriptions are subject to change.

Customers are protected by the Danish Marketing Practices Act and Danish legislation on consumer rights.
